Guillaume Fournier is passionate about International Humanitarian Law and its connection to emerging weapons technology for many years. He has been the Assistant to the Vice President of the International Institute of Humanitarian Law since 2015. Guillaume has devoted his many years of effort in the field of International Humanitarian Law, Human Rights and humanitarian action. Currently working in Geneva he has lived in the United States and studied in France.
He holds a Master in Law from the University of Orléans and a Master in Defense, Security and Crisis Management from the Institute for International and Strategic Affairs. He also holds additional diplomas in International Humanitarian Law from the University of Nice and from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. |
